No Coal No Gas Victory Mass Call
Join us for a celebration - and to talk about what comes next for this campaign.
Join us for a celebration - and to talk about what comes next for this campaign.
This is a yearly satire event where we gather to make fun of ISO-NE’s ridiculous Forward Capacity Auction, which uses our ratepayer dollars to prop up fossil fuels on the grid (an example of a truly “Horrible Thing”!). Join us!
Join us for a retirement action on June 11th - it’s time to shut this coal plant down!
We call for an end to the proposed Eversource pipeline project and a halt to new gas system expansions until Massachusetts develops an effective plan for a just and rapid transition to the clean energy future we need to maintain a livable global ecosystem. Facebook Event Here.
Schedule:
12:00 - 1:00: Festival with tabling, music, connection
1:00 - 3:00: Rally and March
Please bring banners, signs or tee shirts with the name of your organization and walk as a group in the march, if possible. Let’s show the number and diversity of groups opposed to this pipeline!
For more info about the proposed Eversource pipeline - and the movement to stop it, visit our website: https://www.stopthetoxicpipeline.org/
We will ensure that the march route is wheelchair accessible. Please message us with any accessibility questions.
