Here’s ISO-NE’s description of this event:
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct an open meeting of the ISO Board of Directors and to hold a public meeting for the 2025 draft Regional System Plan (RSP25). The ISO Board of Directors is conducting this open session to give the public an opportunity to observe the Board’s discussions firsthand. The meeting additionally provides the opportunity for public review and comment on the 2025 draft Regional System Plan (RSP).
The meeting will include a Listening Session to provide an opportunity for both in-person and virtual attendees to address the Board directly and provide comment on the 2025 draft Regional System Plan (RSP). Please use the link below to sign up to request to provide comments during the meeting. A limited number of timeslots are available. ISO staff will follow up with those who have requested to speak prior to the meeting. For individuals who wish to speak at the meeting but cannot be accommodated due to time constraints, there is an option to provide written comments.
